Project Description

It was implemented in Sefaköy, one of Istanbul's rapidly developing and densely populated districts, with the aim of improving quality of life, constructing earthquake-resistant structures, and creating a sustainable environment with a modern urban planning approach.

The project's primary objective is to demolish existing risky structures and replace them with safe, aesthetically pleasing, and functional structures.
